Inclusion &
Diversity

More and more it is becoming understood that embracing diversity in the workplace is not only a social responsibility, but has huge benefits for the organisation itself. Diverse workforces lead to increased productivity, promote positive workplace culture, reduce employee turnover and unleash creativity and innovation. 

As emerging research highlights specific barriers to workplace participation for LGBTIQA+ and neurodivergent employees, I am perfectly placed to work with your organisation to identify these both through my professional understanding and personal experience. I will work with you not only to remove existing barriers but to create truly inclusive environments where all employees flourish, benefiting all employees and the organisation as a whole.

  • Education about the needs of marginalised populations

  • Audit of policies and procedures

  • Facilitating employee working groups to understand current experience

  • Facilitating an appreciative process where employees, management and stakeholders come together to dream of an inclusive future, and how to make it happen
