Counselling
Counselling is a safe and confidential* collaboration between qualified counsellors and clients to promote mental health and wellbeing, enhance self-understanding, and resolve identified concerns. Clients are active participants in the counselling process at every stage.

In working with Counselling clients I use empathy and deep listening to create a trusting and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship, providing a safe space for you to connect to and share your internal experience.

I draw upon a range of evidence based interventions in my Counselling practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. All of my Counselling practice is person centred and trauma informed. I truly believe that every individual has inherent strengths that can be identified and built upon to facilitate and empower them toward positive change.

*Confidentiality is limited when there are risks to the safety of the client or others.
